There were climate control, multi-channel television and tea/coffee making equipment in my a double room. The bed was extremely comfy, had excellent bathroom. Location: the hotel was just off the bus terminal, Georgetown, and Butterworth for a wedding in 2009.

The room was exceptionally clean and warm. the free breakfast for 2 was a nice touch. - It was quite a comfortable experience. - the hotel's location is favorable and strategic, within walking distance from St Mark's Church. - I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Palm Inn Butterworth.

The staff were enthusiastic. The hotel's location is magnificent, close to the external platform, shopping mall, Dataran field, cargo loading port, and restaurants. The double room had modern conveniences like climate control, TV, and coffee/tea making machines. The private bathroom had a bidet, which was a plus.
